In early 2024, Lucinda Williams and her band went to London to record a new album dedicated to the Fab Four: Lucinda Williams Sings The Beatles From Abbey Road. The covers do not differ much from the original but they are fed by a rock arrangement and the interpretation of the singer-songwriter from Lake Charles, Louisiana, always personal. Doug Pettibone’s guitar is always present in the songs, accompanied by a Hammond.
