Here’s a clever idea you might not expect. A simple wooden cable reel gets turned into a rocking chair. It starts with slicing halfway through the reel, followed by drilling holes in a neat pattern. Then, strong rope is threaded across the openings just like lacing up shoes. After tying off the ends, what you’re left with is a surprisingly stylish and comfortable lounge chair.
