1. $15 Fish Sandwich
Dust some walleye filets in dry batter and fry for 4-5 minutes. Make a homemade tartar sauce and set aside to let the flavors marry. 

Toast some good buns, add your fish and tatar sauce, and you're good to go. 

2. $100 Fish Sandwich
Dust Chilean sea bass filets with good dry batter and fry until perfectly golden and flaky. 

Make some homemade tartar sauce with deluxe caviar, and set aside to allow the flavors to marry. 

Bake or buy freshly-baked buns and toast them until golden. Add some tatar sauce, your fish, and a generous topping of caviar before serving. 


We blindfolded our team to let them be the unbiased taste testers. The verdict is in— the $15 fish sandwich is still superior to the $100 sandwich. 

I don't know about you, but I'm not about to question Maria's judgement.
