Some patterns can ONLY be done on a 6-strings bass! 🥁Play along with me and a drum track while you master this simple exercise. You’ll play all over the neck with 2 distinct major scale patterns, slowly stretching out your wrist and expanding the reach in your ringers. After playing through this pattern in 10 different places, you will also learn to link these 2 patterns together to give you a 2-octave major scale…all in one position!
At the end of the bass lesson we’ll do a COMPLETE runthrough of all the patterns at double the tempo. Do your best to keep up, but if you can’t, that’s okay! Keep working on it until you can make it all the way through! 👊
