This is one of those casseroles that will never let you down, it’s hearty and delicious, I love the combination of the ground beef and weenies with the tater tots , the ketchup and bbq sauce take it to a whole new level and the best part is you can put it together in minutes and let the the oven do the rest of the work. This is an easy winner that the whole family will love especially kids, it’s like a whole meal in one, you can easily side it with a simple salad or enjoy it with your favorite bread, chilly dog style. 1 lb 80/20 ground beef
6 Beef weenies (bite size pieces)
1/2 Medium chopped 🧅 onion
2 small chopped green onions (green included)
1/3 C. Diced yellow Bell pepper
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 C. Ketchup (you can add more if you like)
1/3 C. BBQ Sauce
2-3 tsp Brown sugar
3/4 C. Low Sodium Beef broth
Salt and Pepper as needed
16 oz. Freshly grated Colby Jack Cheese
32 oz. Bag slightly thawed Tater Tots
