Another day, another Halloween tutorial! This time I wanted to create a halo crown fit for an Ice Queen. This headpiece features icicles all around giving it an icy spiked look! This can even be used for a Catrina sugar skull look, just add white flowers to the front instead of a crystal crown and there you go! Hope you guys enjoy ♥
