UV LED printers are becoming important tools in industry. The technology allows printing on various materials such as wood, glass, metal and plastics. The printing process involves applying graphics along the lines using ink and fixing the print with a UV lamp. Before printing, the printer must determine the height of the surface using an optical sensor. Each new Imago Printer product is designed in the design department, taking into account its function, appearance and size.
The UV printer is an inkjet device that applies graphics longitudinally, similar to office printers. The height of the object is determined by an optical sensor before printing begins. The print is fixed using a UV lamp. Each new Imago product is developed in the design department, and the design of the electronics and control software are also developed. Before going into production, instructions and chemical and mechanical tests of the ink used are created.
Printers manufactured in Warsaw are exported to more than a dozen countries on five continents. Imago also manufactures peripherals, providing additional capabilities and speeding up work.
