Gregg received his D.Phil in Moral Philosophy and Political Economy from Oxford University and is a thought leader in the Anglo-American Conservative-Classical Liberal establishment. His affiliations include the Royal Historical Society, the Acton Institute, the Center for the Study of Law and Religion at Emory University, and the Heritage Foundation. He also served as president of the Philadelphia Society.
