Breakfast: Egg Quiche
8 eggs
8-12 slices turkey/bacon (chopped) and cooked
1/2 onion
1 cup mushrooms
1/4 cup milk
pie crust
Handful of parsley chopped,
1/4 cup parmesan.

How: Whisk eggs + milk, mix with other ingredients. Pour into pie crust, top with parmesan, bake at 325°F for 20-30 mins.

Fruit Salad2 cup strawberries, 2 cup blueberries, 2 cup grapes (halved), 4 kiwis, 3 banana, juice of 4 orange & 4 grapefruit. Chop, mix, and pour juice over.

Lunch: Teriyaki Salmon with Asian NoodlesSalmon: 3 filets - season with 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp tamari, 1 tbsp lime, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 garlic clove, 1 tsp ginger, 1 tsp chili paste.

Bake at 375°F for 12-15 mins.
Noodles salad: noodles of choice ,
For the veggies:
-1 red pepper, 1 jalapeño, 1 cucumber all sliced thinly.
-1/2 cup green onions or bok choy.
-Cook noodles, sauté veggies with salt, pepper and sesame oil

dressing (4 tbsp rice vinegar, 3 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tsp lime, 1 tsp sriracha) on the side.

Serve salmon on top with sesame seeds

Dinner: Baked Chicken + Tomato Basil SaladChicken: 4 breasts, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp basil, salt/pepper. Bake at 425°F for 30 mins, broil 2 mins.
Salad: 1 cup cherry, 1 cup Roma, 1 cup heirloom tomatoes, 2 bunches basil, 1 red onion,
olive oil + balsamic and salt on the side
