Created during a brief visit home to Australia in July, Generik, (a.k.a Tyson O’Brien) pulls together a ‘90s via “blog-haus” influenced piano rave belter in the form of “HI NRG”.

Following on from “The Weekend” and summer-anthem “Late At Night,” the surprise release via new dance imprint Club Love, HI NRG pays homage to Generik’s days as indie kid in Melbourne club onelove’s iconic ‘Backroom’ - a party with its roots in Rave and French Techno and a healthy dose of weekly mayhem courtesy of Generik and friends (including the likes of Crookers, Bloody Beetroots, Acid Jacks, Tommie Sunshine, Kavinsky, Bang Gang).
