Terry also played on two "Sweeneys Men" albums from the late sixties and toured Ireland with "Orphanage" which featured Phil Lynott & Brian Downey (later "Thin Lizzy")
He came to England with Gay and formed "steeleye Span"
Years on Terry joined The Pogues.
