For this live avant-garde synth improvisation, I'm using the Buchla Easel Command into the Make Noise Morphagene to create a variety of different ambient textures. I called this piece "Lunar Mission" because it sounds pretty spacey and the textures evoke the feeling of drifting through less gravity from one area and encounter to another. I enjoy how recording into the same reel and splice using sound on sound with the Morphagene allows me to slowly evolve and replace textures.

Patch Notes:
Audio from the Buchla to the Morphagene, then to a 4ms Tapographic Delay to and X-pan controlled by an Intellijel Quadrax.

Buchla 208c Easel Command:
Envelope Generator to both low pass gates, timbre, and inverted to waveshape
Random voltage to modulation and sequencer steps
Sequential voltage to complex oscillator pitch

All Eurorack controls are manual for the Morphagene and Tapographic Delay, and I'm using a Tangle Quartet VCA to control how much modulation from the Quadrax is going to the panning of the X-Pan.
