Показаны свойства аллергических антител-реагинов и блокирующих антител.
Фильм также затрагивает вопросы гипосенсибилизации и методы профилактики и лечения поллинозов, разработанные в НИАЛ АМН СССР.

The film demonstrates the most typical clinical manifestations of diseases caused by plant pollen. Brief information is given about the most important plant species whose pollen causes pollinosis.

The film also touches on the issues of hyposensitization and methods of prevention and treatment of pollinosis, developed at the NIAL AMN of the USSR.
