This video is not about when you wake up. It’s about finding your most productive hours so you can get more work done. Find whatever time works best for you. It just so happens that early mornings work well for me and some others. I know waking up at 5am is not for everyone. So that’s at the end of this video I’ll share with you how you can be more productive without having to wake up this early.
When you wake up early in the morning, you'll get more done because you have no distractions. Find your time and don’t waste that time. When you have a keystone habit like a morning routine, it sets you up to succeed for the rest of your day. But how do you wake up earlier? DO NOT IGNORE SLEEP. YOU SHOULD STILL SLEEP 7-8 HOURS!
