The is promo video was streamed on the official Massive attack website back in November 2000, the same time that the track "Nature Of Threat was released as a 256kbps mp3 for download.
The video/audio quality of the clip is not very good, but that is how the clip was presented at the time, and is really par for course if you consider the state of streaming video back in the early 00's.
As for the video itself, it is assembled from various clips taken during the Mezzanine tour of 1998/1999, and edited together by Robert Del Naja and Tom Hingston.
