"Man That's All" was based on "Information Blues" written by Roy Milton, recorded with His Solid Senders. Recorded on December 16, 1959 and released on Specialty 349, Milton's version was a huge hit on the Billboard R&B-charts reaching #2 in 1950.
*Dave Bartholomew rewrote the song as "Another Mule" and recorded that version on November 2, 1954. It was released on Imperial 5322.
Fats recorded another version (Another Mule [Man That's All, version 2]) on September 2, 1967 on Dave Bartholomew's Broodmoar label and released on "Fats" on Reprise RS-6439.
