Military officials have shared new footage of a dramatic encounter between a Russian jet flying near Alaska and a U.S. aircraft dispatched to intercept it.The video, released on Monday, shows the Russian fighter jet approaching from behind the camera and flying past the U.S. plane at a dangerously close distance.
