Just so you all know, I'm a normal human being and I don't work out everyday and look fit everyday. We all have our ups and downs and I've haven't been working out much because of my injury and travel.
I haven't done my own abs workout for awhile now and even for me I can lose that strength if I stay away for some time. Here's me working on my abs and doing my own abs workout to try to get back in shape. I think I should be able to get back my strength in like 2 weeks and I'm excited to get back in shape, especially since I need to film the next program soon.
