Blinded By Science is the duo of Dave Ivy & Rob Pearson, who ran a production studio based in Croydon called On-line Studios in the 90s, as well as a record label of the same name for theirs and other people's productions. They also had solo & collaborative releases on labels like Basement Records, Ignition Musik, Test Press Records, Beechwood Music & other labels, mainly showcasing the atmospheric jungle/dnb style.

8205FR001 is a joint label release by 8205 Recordings & Future Retro London to showcase some of the unreleased music that was made by Blinded By Science between 1994 & 1997 as well as including new remixes by 8205 Recordings label owner Dev/Null & Future Retro London label owner Tim Reaper.
