Igra Staklenih Perli (The Glass Bead Game) is a space-psychedelic band from Belgrade. More emphasis on the word "space". It was formed in 1976 by keyboardist Zoran Lakic and his friends (from school) - guitarist Vodjislav Rakic ​​and drummer Predrag Vukovic. The name was taken from the last novel by Hermann Hesse "Das Glasperlenspiel" (The Glass Bead Game). Well-read, that is, these guys from Belgrade. Intellectuals... Lakic immediately decided that the band would play music in a style mixed with the Germans from Can and Tangerine Dream, the English from early Pink Floyd and Hawkwind. Then bassist Dražko Nikodijević, nicknamed "Dracula", joined the band, and that was it - the band was ready for "live" performances. They performed a little, acquired cult status among the locals and decided to record everything they had invented on vinyl. That is, on this first studio longplay. They themselves modestly defined their music as "music of the subconscious." The drummer drew the cover with his skillful hands. As a bonus, this CD features another album by the band - Inner Flow (released in 1991, recordings from 1976-1979) and one track from a live album from 1978.
