I made a remote control car at home, in which I used a DC motor. And as a remote controller, I used a Fly Sky GT2 remote controller. And the range of this remote controller is much greater, so it can be controlled from a long distance with this controller.Hey controller works on five volts. To build this car, I first made the chassis/structure of the car using a PVC pipe seat. Then I connected the servo motor to the chassis of the car. I connected two servo motors and the job of this servo motor is to rotate the car left and right. And I connected the servo motor to the flight controller. With the help of the flight controller, the servo motor will turn right or left. And to move the car forward, I used a gear motor. The function of this gear motor is to move the car forward and backward. The use of a gear motor in the car makes the car very powerful. And this car works on our five volts, so I used a lithium-ion battery, but the lithium-ion battery gives 3.7 volts.Hey, I used a voltage booster to increase the 3.7 volts to 5 volts. If you watch the full video, you will understand how I built the car and after I built the car, I tested it and it is working very well.
🔧 Project Highlights:
1.Used a FlySky GT2 controller for long-range wireless control
2. Built a strong chassis from PVC pipe
3. Installed 2 servo motors for steering (left & right movement)
4. Connected servos to a flight controller for smooth steering
5. Used a DC gear motor to move the car forward & backward – making it powerful
6. Powered by a 3.7V lithium-ion battery boosted to 5V using a voltage booster
🛠️ Whether you're a beginner or a hobbyist, this is a great project to learn about RC electronics and DIY engineering. Watch the full video to see how I built it step-by-step and tested the final car — it works perfectly!
