Just another dinner with the fam. I made some seafood pasta and caprese salad. It was so good with eol-ga-ri kimchi mom made. (Eol-ga-ri is a type of nappa cabbae that has been harvested before it's fully grown. It tastes a little different from nappa cabbage. Mom mixed eol-ga-ri with summer radish stems for this kimchi and it was so delicious.) For those who have been asking why dad doesn't eat coffee ice cream any more, he still does everyday but he's been sneaking it in at night off the camera. 😂 They still talk about the FRESH coffe ice cream they received directly from Haagendazs head quarters to this day.
