Chola Chess is an initiative by Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited along with Chess Gurukul led by GM R.B. Ramesh and WGM Aarthie Ramaswamy. The Chola company is using its CSR funds to launch this initiative where they have rented a premise right in the heart of the city of Chennai and built a world class training center. And guess what? All the trainings will happen with grandmaster trainers and free of cost to the students! On 9th of July, this launch was made in the presence of the legend Vishy Anand, Praggnanandhaa, Aravindh Chithambaram and many stalwarts of the game.
