Innerstanding Transparency is about sensing the truth (& lies) in others and ourselves. People are out here unconsciously lying to themselves all day, after internalizing the weak shit they grew up with. I see that flaw in folks without judgement, as it is very human, but it is also stunting to our spiritual evolution. Meditate and/or write on the makings of u, in ways that make you aware of your true multi-dimensional being.
