Lime released more DANCE POP hits for club only consumption than any other band in the 80s in the U.S.! Needless to say, they were the GREATEST 80s dance group!

They became popular when DISCO was dying and techno was just starting. Club DJs, if you don't know Lime, study them! They may be old but they knew what made people dance their ass off on the dance floor. Every time a Lime song was played in the clubs in the early 80s, the dance floor was surely PACKED! ;)

Their biggest club song was probably "Unexpected Lovers" and it was a number one song on Billboard's dance chart. "Angel Eyes", "Your Love", and "Guilty" were also huge, club classics.
