An 18-year-old is facing deportation after a field trip at his Detroit high school. The student was 3.5 credits away from graduating from Western International High School when he was detained for driving without a license.
Maykol Bogoya-Duarte's attorney is now asking for a temporary pause of the deportation so he can finish his degree.
