We make proper sandwiches and this is what I mean by that. Anyone can go to a store, grab some premade or frozen ingredients, and cobble together a sandwich. But, f you want a proper sandwich experience, you've got to be focused on the details.
Does that sauce recipe perfectly compliment the sandwich it's on? Even if I have to remake it 200 times, it's worth it to make it perfect.
Does that bread fully support the ingredients within it? Are those ingredients fresh enough? Have they been cooked to the perfect consistency? All these details matter.
A real, proper sandwich has each and every factor considered and executed perfectly.
