The Swedish-Somali RnB singer Cherrie is putting Sweden on the radar. Being black, Muslim, woman and becoming one of Sweden’s most successful contemporary artists, Cherrie has broken barriers and turned into a spokesperson and inspiration for people who have been marked as the bottom of the society. In collaboration with AlphaTauri and Red Bull Music the artist has given insight of her home Rinkeby, a suburb of Stockholm, what has inspired her and how her music is able to unify people from all over the world.
