Stream the track here: Released earlier this year ‘Wave Teng’ is the collaborative track between Copenhagen based projects The Asteroids Galaxy Tour and Hot Ice. The track found its way to one of Denmark’s most exciting upcoming DJs & producers - John Vincent (aka JVC). Nominated for Best Urban DJ 2018, JVC is part of the Dose Sampu collective and can be found spinning records in clubs all over Europe.
Getting hooked on the riddem inspired vibes right away JVC quickly set to work remixing the track, giving ‘Wave Teng’ a fresh and summery make over that is sure to go down well in clubs this summer everywhere.
Also featuring on the remix are AGT’s lead singer Mette Lindberg as well as Wafande Pierre Jolivel Zahor, better known by his stage name Wafande. Of French/Danish & African origins, the MC, singer and songwriter grew up in Freetown Christiania in Copenhagen and is one of the most exciting artists to come out of Denmark recently. Usually performing in Danish, Wafande has been enjoying tremendous success with tracks like ’Gi’ Mig Et Smil’ and ’Uartig . His side project Black Dylan (with producer Nuplex) granted him international recognition and radio airplay in the UK and Germany.
Both Lindberg and Wafande are judges on the TV show 'Voice Junior'.
Critically successful artists in their own right this collaboration brings together some of Denmarks's most prolific artists.
