Given the tremendous, positive effects on mental and physical health, do you cultivate a regular gratitude practice?

Studies under brain MRIs show that a regular gratitude practice (daily, weekly, fortnightly) can help in 2 ways: (a) it can help build resilience to past trauma and (b) it can help increase relationship satisfaction in existing relationships (friendships, family, partners) and also in our relationships with ourselves.
