We're still on the hunt for some new properties to flip in Detroit. We found a couple potential deals if the seller accepts our offer. It seems that sellers are asking for a lot more money on houses. These same kinds of houses in the same condition were about $50-$60k last year. Now they're asking $75-$90k but the ARV's aren't that much higher to justify paying that much more money.
