Hello, my name is Sergey Larin, and I work as a host under the creative alias Sergey Bee. I specialize in helping companies organize events based on non-material motivation to strengthen and unify their teams through effective team building.

For many years, I've not only hosted but also organized various events, writing scripts, quizzes, and books. I develop educational games and wear multiple hats as a host, scriptwriter, and director. Pursuing my passion since childhood, I've accumulated a wealth of experience, garnering numerous competitions and creating engaging scripts.

I've decided to distill my experience into a series of reference books. In this series, five books have already been released. For instance, the book "300 Contests for All Occasions" is available in book-stores across Russia, as well as in digital format on platforms like Ozon, Amazon, LitRes, AliExpress, and WildBerries.
