U.S. President Donald Trump was seen walking atop the White House West Wing on Tuesday morning, appearing to take stock of several areas including the Rose Garden. Among those joining him on the roof was James McCrery, the architect of the newly announced $200 million ballroom project at the White House. Answering a reporter’s question about what he was looking to build, Trump jokingly said, "nuclear missiles."For more:
