This video is taken under the JV Cardiff Rice Dryer #3 which are the 5 silos closest to the railroad tracks.The space underneath the silos (the tunnel) was completely submerged with water. The tunnel is 5-feet wide by 6-feet tall and about 60 feet long.
It took about 6 hours to drain about 5 feet of water, however that was not all, we found another drop off at the end of the tunnel that goes down another 15 - 20 feet.
