Wow, it sure has been a while, hasn't it? I usually put out more music than I have lately, so this year's been a little slow. Part of that is life, part of it is low inspiration, and most of all it's due to the fact I switched my entire workflow away from Windows and had to re-learn so much software and equipment. It all took a while, but I think it's smooth sailing now! As well as the usual slow-moving projects like Acoustic 3, I've been working on a new album called "Casting Shadows" that I can't wait to share with you on October 18th!

Like a lot of the upcoming songs, "Eternal Lullaby" was inspired by my recent experiences in the Elden Ring DLC "Shadow of the Erdree". This song mourns from the perspective of St. Trina, the discarded half of demigod Miquella, and the beloved deity of sleep. She questions why he would ever separate from her, and despite still feeling love for her other half, she sings out a sorrowful curse that he may never ascend to his dangerous goals.
