In physics energy is defined as the capacity to do work and that is an abstract definition because we do not have the reference number to which we can compare the energy for example we have 0, zero as the reference point on a number line. The only way to compute energy is to obtain useful amount of work from it.

The principle of energy conservation tells us how energy can only be converted from one form to other and cannot be destroyed…and this law has no known exception. In this video we are going to talk about the various forms of energy and the mechanics of their inter conversation. How energy is conserved and what is its relation to the absolute time.
