Joffre Lakes Park in British Columbia, Canada, is renowned for its breathtaking mountain scenery, featuring glaciers, dense woodlands, and turquoise glacier lakes. The park has three lakes: Lower, Middle, and Upper Joffre Lakes. Their turquoise color results from glacial silt in the water, which reflects the green and blue of the sunlight.

Located a three-hour drive from Vancouver, the park is a favorite destination due to its scenic hike that links the three lakes. Beyond Upper Lake, the trail ascends steeply, passing waterfalls and approaching a glacier, offering spectacular views of the lakes below. Visitors must obtain a day-use permit to enter the park.
