Send this to someone who you would go sledding down a volcano with! This is a random throwback video I recently came across and a little embarrassing to admit... but I was so scared before riding down the volcano that I made a goodbye video for my family at the top of the mountain. (Just in case things didn't go so well. 🤣😇)Since I was scared, Hud calmed me down and said he'd go first and that nothing bad would happen. And then I watched him sled down and wipe out at his top speed. He was so far down the mountain I couldn't tell if he was ok. But he quickly jumped up and waved to let me know he was ok!
Nicaragua was early on in our travels and if you would have told me what I'd do in the following years I wouldn't have believed you. 😜 I'm not a thrill seeker, but more a lover of a good experience. (Every once in a while there's an incredible experience but requires a little more adventure than what I'd prefer. But I'm always so thankful for each experience after.)
My favorite thing is that Hud never pushes me to do something I'm not comfortable with. (If anything he tries to talk me out of joining him if I don't feel too sure about something.) He's there to hold my had, go first, and encourage me every step of the way. He's the best and I'm so thankful to get to share these experiences together!
