Better Buildings Challenge Partners and Allies Metrus Energy and Commonwealth of Massachusetts discussed how they are employing ESPCs in innovative ways to improve long-term energy performance in their buildings with little or no upfront cost. NAESCO also presented on trends in the industry, and Department of Energy introduced DOE’s ESPC Accelerator – a high impact program designed to support expansion of ESPCs among state and local governments.
