Perhaps consider 'buying me a coffee' here:
For the techy stuff:
This scene is 100% Unreal Engine 4, the only editing done in Premiere is to stitch the loop together for the 8 hours, I did think about making the lights in the room turn off after a few hours to help you sleep, but I will try this on a future video as I had ran out of time to try that on this one.
The photo of Paris outside the window is from iStock Photo, and is royalty free for me to use in my content.
The render time was quite long, but not as long as my previous videos. Al the audio editing was done in Reaper, and this scene was a very tricky one to manage, the fire can play havoc with splashing sounds as they end up merging and sounding strange, but with some careful frequency management I was able to get around this. I also gave some of the sounds some 'room' so they weren't all in your ear and sounded more like they're outside or on the other side of the room. A lot of work went into the audio for this one and I its great if you don't mind the crackling of the fire, but removing the crackle made the fire sound weird, so I left it in.
