Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Qeema (Mince) 200g
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Tamatar (Tomato) chopped 1 medium
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs
-Hoagie rolls
-Cheddar cheese grated as required
Directions:
-On griddle,add cooking oil,mince & mix well until it changes color.
-Add ginger garlic paste,paprika powder,dried oregano,black pepper crushed,red chilli crushed,pink salt, mix well & cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Add tomato,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes then chop well.
-Add egg & mix well.
-Add fresh coriander & mix well.
-Cut hoagie roll in half,add mince filling,cheddar cheese then flip,press with patty press & toast from both sides until crispy.
-Cut into pieces,wrap in butter paper & serve with tomato ketchup!

-Tawa per cooking oil aur qeema dal dein aur rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Adrak lehsan paste,paprika powder,dried oregano,kali mirch crushed,lal mirch crushed aur pink salt dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Tamatar dal ker mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein phir ache tarhan chop ker lein.
-Anda dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Hara dhania dal ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Hoagie roll ko half mein cut ker lein,qeema filling aur cheddar cheese dal ker flip ker lein phir patty press sa press karein aur dono sides sa crispy ho janay tak toast ker lein.
-Pieces mein cut ker ka butter paper mein wrap karein aur tomato ketchup ka saath serve karein!
