
Ingredients:
-Milk powder 1 & ½ Cup
-Sugar ½ Cup or to taste
-Instant coffee 1/3 Cup
-Hot water 1 Cup
Directions:
-In blender,add milk powder,sugar,instant coffee & grind well.
-Take out in a bowl & let it rest for 5-10 minutes to remove its moisture.
-Can be stored in an airtight jar for up to 1 month (shelf life).
-Yields: approx. 300g
-In a jug,add instant coffee mix (2 tbs),hot water (1 Cup),mix well & serve!
