By manipulating space and time we can create our own reality. To accomplish this we are farming negative energy. Negative energy is an exotic matter which has bizarre properties. Spacetime fabric is constantly undergoing positive and negative fluctuations. When strong positive fluctuations and powerful negative fluctuations connect, they form a quantum wormhole. This wormhole can then become a passageway that can transport particles from one point in spacetime to another. This means that time travel is possible in both ways.
