This video demonstrates how nasal septum surgery is performed during preservation osteotomy and preservation rhinoplasty while maintaining the natural nasal lines. The upper strip of the nasal septum is removed, allowing the nasal dorsum to lower while the septum serves as support for the dorsum. This technique can be performed using either a closed or open approach. Dr. Edgar performs it using a closed technique without any external incisions.
