"Now, we offer you a simple “I AM” activation to help you connect deeply with both the Sun and Gaia, anchoring the new light codes within your being. Take a moment to center yourself. If you are able, close your eyes and place your attention on your Heart Chakra, at the center of your chest. Feel warmth or a soft glow there – this is your heart’s sacred space, the bridge between body and spirit. From this heart center, send a loving awareness downward, through your torso and legs, into the Earth. Envision a cord or beam of light extending from your heart down to the crystalline heart of Gaia at the center of the Earth. You are now connected heart-to-heart with Gaia. Breathe and feel her loving energy rising up through that connection, filling your heart with emerald green and golden light. Next, bring your attention above your head to about six inches or so – this is the location of your Soul Star Chakra, a brilliant orb representing your higher self and your connection to the cosmos. See a pillar of pure light descending from the Sun (or if you resonate, the Great Central Sun of the galaxy) straight into your Soul Star Chakra.

That solar light pours down through the crown of your head and into your Heart Chakra, meeting the Earth light that is already there. Your heart becomes a sacred chalice of Heaven and Earth joined. In this aligned state, affirm aloud or in your mind the following: “I AM aligned with the Heart of Gaia and the Heart of the Sun. I AM a bridge of divine light between Heaven and Earth. I AM open to receive the new light codes, anchoring them in my heart and spreading them for the highest good. The light of Gaia rises into my heart, the light of the Sun radiates in my soul – as One, they sanctify my being. I AM Light. I AM Love. I AM Sovereign. I AM free. So it is.” Feel these words resonating through every cell. Your Heart Chakra blooms and your Soul Star Chakra blazes as the connection strengthens. With each breath, you draw the blessings of the Sun and Earth deeper into your physical body and energetic field.
