Get ready to sweat with Supernatural coach Raneir Pollard, who will be leading this 30-minute full-body workout joined by class members Nikki Keeshin and Ellie Aviles! Pollard designed this session to celebrate Pride Month, and its theme is "taking up space." Be prepared to move around your mat with a cardio-centric warmup with moves like quick feet, skaters, and lateral hops, with several modifications for all levels. You'll work on your balance with single-leg exercises to engage your core, feel the full-body burn with squats to overhead arm reaches, and treat yourself with a little dance break. Once you press play, you'll feel welcomed to the party, and you won't want to leave. All you need is your mat to get started, but to take the workout up a level, you can use a pair of medium dumbbells.
