Phantom swingbar - why tho

OK so this is really weird: dunno why its here, and why you cannot activate it normally

but how do you do it? so you grab an edge on a part between twin towers, and then jump to the left. KEEP IN MIND YOU HAVE TO WALLRUN! otherwise it wont work, you dont even have to jump :D pretty useless but i find it funny. Maybe there are more in the game?
