There’s no better way to start the new year than with some kawaii goodness.

Is the Order a Rabbit is one of the cutest and sweetest shows out there. Sure, maybe moe isn’t for everybody, but it’s certainly one of those things that you need every once in a while to heal your soul.

Chino, of course, is the embodiment of moe, and is literally one of the best characters in all of anime. Everything from her interactions with Cocoa to the way that she makes coffee using a siphon brewer (I high-key want one) is just moe and fun to watch. And did I mention her VA is Inori Minase?

Put that all together with some Maya and Megu to make Chimame-tai and you’ve got one of the greatest EDs of all time.

It’s quite fitting that I ended up playing Halcyon’s arrangement because I first heard of the show from him and Kitsune. At the time I didn’t understand their obsession with Chino and Chino-related merch; Now I do.

It was also pretty fun to play something swung, as I haven’t really done that before. It’s just so vibey, and I really enjoy it every time I play it (which you can probably see in the video or see on stream when this gets requested).

Anyways, it’s nice to finally get this video out since I actually recorded it last year in early January. So I guess in some weird way I got to start 2 new years with Tokimeki Poporon and some Chino magic haha.
