Hi Everyone, starting December 1st, everyone entering Portugal by plane needs a negative PCR, Antigen, or Covide recovery document to enter. Even if you are vaccinated, you need to comply. What is frustrating for many, is that airlines and their personnel are having a hard time keeping track of all of the countries out there who change their policies. And, no country changes its mind more often than Portugal.
