Kartavya Bhavan is the first new Common Central Secretariat under the Central Vista Project, inaugurated by PM Modi. This marks a shift from colonial-era buildings to a modern, green administrative hub. Located along the revamped Kartavya Path, it symbolizes India’s evolving governance — from “Raj” to “Kartavya”.
